We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to maintain and repair installations such as ventilation systems (AHU, Intake/extract), heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs, etc.), and water system assets like booster sets, calorifiers, and water heaters.

You should be capable of delivering the highest level of service to the client, answering queries, reporting defects, and keeping clients informed of site activities during visits. You will also need to complete work-related documentation accurately and promptly, maintaining logs of inspections and remedial work.

Requirements include holding a valid full driving license and being IT literate. You should be able to perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces, and be willing to participate in the On-Call Rota. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to use a mobile device are essential.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Maintenance/Facilities Management environment and relevant qualifications such as City and Guilds. Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures, and safe systems of working is also required.
