Qualifications

• Experience with PCBA and leading a manufacturing or production team.
• Experience in NPI and NPD roles within electronics assembly or PCB/cable assembly.
• Familiar with PFMEAs and DFMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the NPI Development team ensuring quality and delivery of new parts.
• Liaise with design staff for cost-effective manufacturing.
• Oversee prototype builds and prepare relevant documentation.
