This pivotal role involves ensuring processes, tooling, automation, and equipment consistently produce high-quality components efficiently and safely. The manager will oversee process optimisation, develop engineering strategies, enhance automation, and drive technical excellence while leading a team.
- Lead all engineering activities to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations.
- Manage process optimisation, automation enhancements, and process controls across multiple products.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams to support stable operations and growth.
