Responsibilities

• Manufacture and modify tooling and special-purpose machinery.
• Operate and maintain Toolroom equipment.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on tooling.

Skills

Time‑served apprentice

Strong background in precision engineering

Skilled in operating Toolroom machinery

Experience with press tooling

Ability to read technical drawings

CNC experience

Ability to produce jigs & fixtures

Education

NVQ or equivalent in Tool making or Machining
