A manufacturing firm in the UK is seeking an experienced Toolmaker to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in CNC programming and tool maintenance. Responsibilities include manufacturing and repairing precision tools for injection moulding and die casting. Competitive salary of up to £33,000 and day shifts Monday through Thursday are offered, fostering a great work-life balance. Qualifications
- Proficient in CNC programming and operation; CAD/CAM software experience is a strong advantage.
- Skilled in reading and interpreting complex engineering drawings.
- Competent in using precision measurement tools (micrometers, gauges).
Responsabilités
- Manufacture, repair, and maintain precision tools for injection moulding and die casting.
- Program and operate CNC machines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Carry out tool calibration and preventative maintenance.
