Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Technician for a long-term opportunity in Birmingham. The role involves managing workloads, controlling inventory, and maintaining quality. Candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or laboratory environments and strong digital literacy. This position is onsite and offers a pay rate of £8-£13 per hour, with a standard schedule of Mon-Fri, 08:00-16:30.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our high-performing Operations team.
Location: Birmingham, UK (Onsite Lab)
Duration: 12 Months (High potential for extension)
Pay Rate: £8- £13 per hour
Schedule: Mon - Fri, 08:00 - 16:30 (37.5 hours/week)

Who We're Looking For

  • Technical Skills: Proven digital literacy (including MS Excel), strong documentation and communication skills, and proficiency with basic mathematical concepts and units of measurement.
  • Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and a strong ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
