Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading food manufacturing company, in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work in their facility in Market Drayton.

Benefits include:

• £5,000 signing-on bonus after successful completion of a probationary period
• £54,000 per annum
• Working hours: 7:00 - 7:00, 4 on 4 off (days and nights)
• Permanent position
• Annual 5% bonus
• Benefits package including life assurance and healthcare cover
• Overtime available at x1.5 rate
• Single-skilled candidates considered with upskilling opportunities available
• Relocation package offered (UK only)

The Role - Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Diagnose faults and test, repair, and maintain Mechanical/Electrical equipment
• Use PMS to support prioritisation and problem-solving (RCFA)
• Contact OEMs and suppliers for technical support and expedite parts when not available on-site
• Analyze trends in faults and breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Support departmental 5S programmes for workshops and stores
• Develop and record all engineering activities using the Electronic Maintenance Management System
• Perform all functions in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 quality management standards

What our client is looking for in a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
• Experience within the FMCG industry - ESSENTIAL
• Must be Multi-Skilled - ESSENTIAL
• Food/FMCG background - DESIRABLE
• OSHH/Nebosh qualifications - DESIRABLE
