Wolviston Management Services is proud to be supporting our client as they continue to invest in the long-term strength, safety and performance of their UK operations. We are seeking experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their teams in Teesside, playing a key part in maintaining the reliability of critical plant and improving engineering performance

About the Role

As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be at the heart of site operations—delivering safe, effective engineering support across associated plant.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will :

Support capital and improvement projects from design and technical assessments through to installation and commissioning.

Drive plant performance and reliability enhancements, identifying issues and implementing sustainable solutions.

Plan, coordinate and execute maintenance activities in collaboration with operational teams.

Maintain a safety-first approach, ensuring all work meets strict site and legislative requirements. You'll have the opportunity to directly influence engineering standards and contribute to ongoing operational improvements across major UK sites.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an accomplished engineer with strong technical ability and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

You’ll ideally bring :

  • A degree or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within heavy industry or manufacturing.

Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

The ability to work collaboratively across multi-discipline teams and external partners.
