A recruitment agency is seeking a Production Operative in Weeting, UK. The role involves checking and sorting vegetables, ensuring quality standards are met, and assisting with manual handling. Ideal candidates should have experience in production environments and strong attention to detail. Various shifts available including some weekends. Pay rate starts at £12.21ph with overtime options.

- Check and sort vegetables, removing debris.
- Support running of the production line.
- Check product quality to meet standards.
- Assist employees to reduce manual handling.
Connaissances
ONGOING PRODUCTION OPERATIVE WORK IN BRANDON - VARIOUS HOURS AVAILABLE
- Check and sort vegetables, taking care to remove debris such as rocks and stones from the line or conveyor belts.
- Support the running of the production line, ensuring the product is handled according to the customer specifications.
- Check the quality of the products to ensure the required standards are met.
- Assist all employees as required to move and pick up items to reduce manual handling operations.
- Any other duties as required.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to standard operating procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Punctual, dependable, and able to work efficiently under pressure
Monday to Friday including some weekend work occasion. Various shift patterns available.
£12.21ph
£15.26ph Overtime after 39 hours
