Skills
TRS Personnel are recruiting for a Transport Coordinator to join a busy and well-established company in Telford. This role would suit someone who is organised, confident in communicating with drivers and customers, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- Supporting the day‑to‑day coordination of transport operations
- Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor schedules and adhere to all relevant transport regulations and company policies
- Updating systems and maintaining accurate records
- Previous experience in transport, logistics, or planning
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads
- Good IT skills and attention to detail
- 8:30am-6:30pm (with some flexibility)
