• Proven experience working for a Freight Forwarder.
• Strong knowledge of Sea, Air, Road, Multi-modal and customs.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple shipments.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day import and export shipments.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to key accounts.
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage shipping documentation.
• Process jobs using the in-house freight management system.
