The Corporate Fitness Coach will work within the Fitness Team to providing our customers with a caring and proactive support service.

About the role

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver onsite and online classes, both one-on-one and group sessions, for all fitness levels.
• Create, deliver and role model the wellbeing programme by facilitating staff initiatives through Westfield Health education programmes
• Conducting 1 to 1 initial assessments and update training plans and/or re-evaluating clients every 3 months to ensure user engagement.
• To provide support in the delivery of the internal wellbeing strategy and events with a proactive, insight led approach
• Assist the Active Space Manager with various operational and administrative tasks

About you:

Education and Qualifications

• Required: Currently hold a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
• Desired: Spin, Zumba, Pilates or Yoga qualification.

Experience

• A proven track record of successfully working independently to establish training needs, develop interventions to meet these needs, and deliver high-quality health and wellbeing solutions and interventions as a result.
• Experience in teaching group fitness classes with emphasis on helping improve technique and ability.
• Minimum of two years of personal training coaching experience

• Strong communication skills
• A self–starter with strong planning and organising abilities
• First class interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Able to engage, influence and coach others across the business to achieve buy in and engagement to support delivery of the wellbeing strategy
• A passion for helping others with their health and wellbeing
• A flexible approach
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite or related products
