Job summary
A leading charity organization in the UK is seeking a graduate or early-career professional to support clients with mental health needs or disabilities in securing sustainable employment. Responsibilities include assisting clients throughout their journey, from assessment to in-work support. Ideal candidates will have experience in customer service or related fields and strong communication skills. The role offers full-time, permanent employment with comprehensive training provided.
Qualifications
- Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people.
- 12+ months in a role where you've hit targets (sales, customer service, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities.
- Assist clients from assessment to job searching and coaching.
- Provide in-work support in the IPS Employment Support model.

Contract: Full time, permanent, Mon-Fri, 9-5
