Job summary

A large UK charity is seeking a dedicated professional to support clients with mental health needs in their journey back to employment. The role offers full training in the IPS Employment Support model and requires strong communication skills. This full-time position covers various locations across London, with a permanent contract from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Qualifications

  • Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people.
  • 12+ months in a role where you’ve hit targets (sales, customer service, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs.
  • Assist clients in moving into sustainable work.
  • Provide in-work support and coaching.

Overview

From assessment and job searching through to coaching and in-work support, you’ll be with them every step of the way. Full training is provided in the IPS Employment Support model.
