Job summary

A leading charity organization in the UK is seeking a graduate or early-career professional to support clients with mental health needs or disabilities in securing sustainable employment. Responsibilities include assisting clients throughout their journey, from assessment to in-work support. Qualifications

  • Voluntary or paid experience supporting vulnerable people.
  • 12+ months in a role where you've hit targets (sales, customer service, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Support a small caseload of clients with mental health needs or physical disabilities.
  • Assist clients from assessment to job searching and coaching.
  • Provide in-work support in the IPS Employment Support model.
