Deputy CYP Service Manager — Lead 16+ Care Homes & OFSTED

A health and social care organisation in the UK is looking for an experienced Deputy CYP Service Manager. You will lead teams and support the development of a new OFSTED-registered children's home. Candidates must have a Level 3 or 5 qualification in Children and Young People, experience in a regulated service, and a passion for improving outcomes for young people. Benefits include a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, company vehicle, and excellent career prospects.

- Previous experience in CYP with Level 3 or 5 Children and Young People qualification.
- Experience working in regulated OFSTED service or supported accommodation.
- Must possess or be willing to undergo a DBS check.
- Full current driving licence is required.
- Passion for improving outcomes for young people.
- Flexible approach to work is essential.
- Willingness to develop leadership and management skills.
Responsabilités
- Assist with the day-to-day leadership of teams across multiple offices.
- Oversee the quality of care and support across placements.
- Provide operational leadership across 2 offices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the registration of an Ofsted-registered 14+ Children's Home.
- Assist with policy development and compliance.
- Cover staff supervision and coaching.
- Coordinate staffing cover and team deployment.
- Support quality assurance processes and audits.
- Build relationships with local authorities and external agencies.
