Assistant

Manager - Up to 35k plus service charge

We are looking for a passionate, hands‑on Assistant Manager who wants to develop themselves alongside our experienced General Manager at the Coach and Horses in Kew. You'll be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of day‑to‑day operations—leading service on the floor and ensuring exceptional standards, leading and training the team, managing our bedrooms and making sure every visit to the Coach and Horses is a memorable experience for our guests.

The majority of our General Manager appointments come from internal candidates, and we’re proud to offer in‑house mentoring, clear development pathways and external training opportunities to support your growth. The ideal candidate has experience working as an assistant manager in food‑led destination businesses, is people‑focused, and passionate about offering exceptional hospitality. They are someone who has a GM mindset and is looking for that final bit of development before becoming a General Manager themselves, and the experience they will get working in the Hoste will absolutely set them up for further success in their career.
