Responsibilities
  • Working within a Software Engineering team, you will build and run systems that support National Security Customers’ core mission capabilities.
  • Help individuals, teams and the wider organisation understand and implement an Agile mindset.
  • Guide, coach and mentor teams and organisations to embrace Agile ways of working and thrive in a complex world.
  • Ensure teams understand and adhere to Agile theory and practices; facilitate stakeholder collaboration and remove barriers between stakeholders and the team to maximise value.
  • At a team level, be accountable for the team’s effectiveness, promote self-organisation, remove impediments, and facilitate events and ceremonies.
  • Support healthy team dynamics by creating psychologically safe environments where transparency and trust drive change and continuous improvement.

Not only will your team be directly making a huge impact upon the systems you work on, you’ll be doing it for an organisation that makes a huge impact on the security of the UK.
