Qualifications

• Previous experience in CYP with Level 3 or 5 Children and Young People qualification.
• Experience working in regulated OFSTED service or supported accommodation.
• Must possess or be willing to undergo a DBS check.
• Full current driving licence is required.
• Passion for improving outcomes for young people.
• Flexible approach to work is essential.
• Willingness to develop leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day leadership of teams across multiple offices.
• Oversee the quality of care and support across placements.
• Provide operational leadership across 2 offices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support the registration of an Ofsted-registered 14+ Children's Home.
• Assist with policy development and compliance.
• Cover staff supervision and coaching.
• Coordinate staffing cover and team deployment.
• Support quality assurance processes and audits.
• Build relationships with local authorities and external agencies.

Skills

Previous experience in CYP with Level 3 or 5 qualification

Experience in regulated OFSTED service or supported accommodation

Possess or willing to undergo DBS check

Full current driving licence

Passion for improving outcomes for young people
