  • Taking specifications from ecologist and habitat creation specialists and lead on the procurement and awarding of works to suitably vetted contractors and suppliers and managing the timely payment of these contractors.
  • Managing the budget for the habitat bank site and reporting forecast against spend.
  • Reviewing and reporting against contractors and delivery partners KPIs.
  • Managing the programme to ensure they are completed to the highest quality, to an agreed timescale, taking account of seasonal constraints, and within budget.
  • Managing the change control process on the project.
  • Managing the assurance schedule on the project.
  • Maintaining high quality relationships and communicating effectively with project team members.
  • Providing progress updates and key reporting on the project and keeping relevant project systems updated.
