We are seeking an exceptional Senior Associate to join our London Real Estate team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside leading practitioners on complex, high‑value matters for a diverse client base, including institutional investors, developers, corporates, and public sector bodies.

• Advise on a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, joint ventures, and co‑investments.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex documentation with a high degree of technical accuracy and commercial awareness.
• Take day‑to‑day responsibility for progressing both straightforward and complex matters, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are exceeded.

• Act as a key point of contact for clients, developing a deep understanding of their commercial objectives and providing tailored, pragmatic advice.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value and cross‑sell the firm's services.
• Demonstrate confidence and effectiveness in negotiations, representing clients' interests robustly and professionally.

Senior level lawyer with real estate and investment or development experience;

• Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with significant post‑qualification experience (ideally 5+ years PQE) gained at a leading law firm.
• Extensive experience in corporate real estate, including investment and development transactions, joint ventures, and co‑investments.
• Proven track record of managing complex matters and leading teams effectively.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, commercially focused advice.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a client‑centric approach to service delivery.
• Collaborative team player, committed to supporting colleagues and contributing to the wider success of the team.
