Due to an increase in work, this firm is seeking a skilled and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team. The firm prides itself on high-quality work, a collaborative environment, and a strong reputation in the regional and national markets.
- Handle a broad range of high-value and complex commercial property transactions.
- Manage a caseload including commercial leases/occupiers (grants, surrenders, assignments, LTA 1954 renewals), freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, grants of easements, options, overage, and property finance.
- Advise on conditional sale agreements, site assembly, ransom strips, sub-station leases, and promotion agreements.
- Act for landowners in sales to developers, demonstrating knowledge of developer requirements.
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, working closely with colleagues and external professionals.
- Provide advice and assistance within the team, fostering knowledge development.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and requirements.
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE in a reputable firm.
- Strong technical expertise across a range of commercial property matters.
- Experience managing complex transactions and meeting time and billing targets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, organised, competent, and ambitious.
- Additional experience in agricultural property work is desirable.
