Description

The Real Estate Solicitor will get involved in a range of work including;

  • Providing expert legal advice on real estate matters to clients across the private and public sector.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements related to property transactions.
  • Managing complex real estate transactions including landlord and tenant, development and corporate occupier deals.
  • Supporting senior fee earners on larger transactions
Profile

The successful Real Estate Solicitor should have / be;

  • A Solicitor between 1-4 years PQE
  • Proven ability to manage property transactions efficiently and effectively.
  • Strong academics and an interest to work for a large law firm
  • Ties to Leeds
  • Likely to already be working for a regional, national or international law firm.
