About the Role
As a Private Client Paralegal/Legal Executive, you will:
- Manage and support a caseload of private client files
- Work on matters involving Wills, Probate, Trusts, EPA/LPAs, estate administration and more
- Support senior solicitors and legal executives with complex cases
- Engage with a diverse client base, including high net worth individuals
- Participate in business development and networking events (optional but encouraged)
Requirements
- Prior experience working within a private client legal team
- Confidence in managing your own caseload, or assisting on more complex matters
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Suitable for individuals’ part-way through CILEX training or looking to qualify via alternative routes
- Ideally seeking full-time hours, but part-time applicants will also be considered
