An exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a successful and growing team in Essex. You will handle a broad caseload of commercial property work, build client relationships, and play an active role in business development.
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord/tenant matters
- Managing a varied caseload from start to finish
- Drafting and negotiating contracts, agreements and leases
- Acting for lenders and borrowers on property finance transactions
- Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent service
- Supporting junior team members and sharing technical knowledge
- Engaging in business development and networking
