Job summary
A top tier asset management firm is seeking a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their London legal team on a permanent basis. Responsibilities include reviewing IT and supply agreements, and providing legal support for various projects. - Providing legal support for ad hoc projects, outsourcing projects, and regulatory changes.
My client, a top tier asset manager, is looking for a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their London legal team on a permanent basis.

- providing legal support in connection with ad hoc projects as required, including outsourcing projects and projects related to legal and regulatory change;
The ideal candidate would have previous experience providing legal support from a top tier law firm or equivalent financial services organisation.
