Qualifications
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, selbstständig zu arbeiten und mit Mandanten zu kommunizieren.
Responsibilities
- Bearbeitung eines gemischten Mandantenstamms in verschiedenen Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
- Unterstützung der Partner bei der Entwicklung der Abteilung für Streitbeilegung.

Our client is a long-established professional law firm who have a very strong presence in Somerset and Bristol. All of their partners and staff live in the community in which they serve. With the help of the latest computerised systems, it is their aim to continue to provide clients with an efficient, professional and cost-effective service.
On behalf of our client we are seeking an experienced General/Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the well-established team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of a varied caseload of litigation work and be able to work with minimal supervision.
The role would provide the opportunity to have direct client contact with a manageable caseload. The caseload will consist of a mixture of contentious probate, negligence, contract and property litigation. Experience of employment work would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with good IT skills.
The role will also include assisting the Partners with the development and continued growth of the Dispute Resolution Department in Bristol and Somerset.
