What will you do?

• Handle a full & broad commercial property caseload
• Advise a broad client base to include local authorities, investors & (smaller scale) local developers
• Sector focus will include leisure, retail and development
• There will also be opportunities to become involved in the growing energy/renewables sub-dept

What will you need?

• To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• To have at least 3-4 years PQE+
• Commercial property experience
• Ideally you should already be operating at assistant or associate level within another reputed firm
