Job summary
A legal recruitment firm is seeking a Paralegal Assistant in London. The successful candidate will assist a Senior Conveyancer with residential conveyancing, manage case files, and maintain client relationships. Prior experience in conveyancing and a law degree are essential. This position offers the opportunity to grow within a supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Law graduate with some conveyancing experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to a Senior Conveyancer with residential conveyancing cases.
- Liaise with clients and build successful business relationships.
- Set up new case files and update as cases progress.
- Order routine property searches and collate documentation.
- Handle post completion and exchange of contract matters.
- Create and amend property-related documentation and draft legal documents.

Some of your duties will include:
- Providing support to a Senior Conveyancer with residential conveyancing cases
- Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
- Setting up new case files on management system and updating as cases progress
- Ordering routine property searches and collating required documentation
- Dealing with post completion and exchange of contract matters
- Creating and amending property related documentation and drafting legal documents
