This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a degree in Building Surveying, experience in housing, and a strong grasp of current legislation - who\'s ready to take the next step in their career.

• Essential: Degree in Building Surveying.
• Essential: Previous experience in housing.
• Essential: Strong IT and data analysis skills—comfortable working with systems and reporting tools.
• Essential: Understanding of current housing legislation, including HHSRS and Awaab\'s Law.
• Desirable: HHSRS Practitioner certification—or a willingness to train.
