Demolition Estimator
Join a successful organisation as a Demolition Estimator, preparing first-principles cost estimates, tender submissions and programmes while liaising with clients and suppliers across demolition, asbestos removal and construction projects.

SALARY: Competitive + Company Vehicle + Benefits
LOCATION: Birmingham, West Midlands - Covering sites across the Midlands (expanding nationally), ideally candidates will be living in and around Birmingham.
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent.
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an experienced Demolition Estimator who can develop robust cost models, outline method statements and risk registers aligned to pricing strategies.
As a Demolition Estimator you will source sub‑contractor quotes, build tender programmes, and identify commercial risks and opportunities while collaborating with clients, consultants and stakeholders. The role focuses primarily across the Midlands with potential to support projects nationally, applying strong Excel skills and Health & Safety awareness throughout.
The successful candidate will have a passion to develop their skills and will be able to work closely with more experienced colleagues, becoming a valued and senior member of the Department.
