Didcot - Hybrid (2-3 Days Home / Office, rarely on site)

A rare opportunity for an ambitious Estimator to join a growing contractor specialising in high‑end equestrian and bespoke commercial builds. This role offers autonomy, involvement from the design stage, and the chance to work on unique, high‑value projects for high‑net‑worth clients.

Are you an Estimator experienced in high‑end construction projects? Do you enjoy being involved from design through to pricing, and want a role where your input on cost‑saving and project decisions is valued? Are you looking for a position that offers progression towards management while remaining technical?

The business delivers rare, bespoke equestrian builds alongside selective residential extensions, working on projects ranging from £250k to £4.5‑5m. With a design and build approach, they provide planning, pricing and build services, supported by a skilled team and a strong growth trajectory.

In this role, you'll work closely with the design process, provide cost‑saving advice, price projects, prepare tenders, and manage any variations. You'll liaise with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing while contributing to project delivery and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in groundworks, commercial or high‑end residential construction. You will have experience reading and interpreting drawings, and proven estimating skills. You'll be confident, presentable and able to communicate clearly in meetings with clients and stakeholders.
