Senior Estimator - Concrete Structures (Central London)

We're currently recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join a leading concrete structures specialist working across high-profile infrastructure and RC frame projects in Central London.
This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established contractor with a strong pipeline of secured works - including large-scale reinforced concrete (RC) frames, complex inner-city developments, and major infrastructure schemes.

Role Overview

As Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, responsible for managing and delivering competitive tenders on multi-million-pound structural concrete packages. You'll be working closely with directors, engineers, planners, and commercial teams to assess risks, develop winning strategies, and secure major works.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and submission of concrete frame and civils tenders
• Perform take-offs, build-ups and pricing from first principles
• Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications
• Engage with supply chain to secure competitive rates
• Support bid strategy development alongside senior leadership
• Present cost plans and submissions for internal sign-off
• Ensure all estimating documentation and records are accurate and up to date

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in RC frames or structural concrete
• Solid understanding of formwork, reinforcement, concrete placement and sequencing
• Track record pricing complex inner-city and/or infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness (NEC preferred)
• Proficiency with estimating tools and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
