Qualificações
- At least Class 2A-F competency (Class 3 desirable).
- Experience in providing expert technical advice on building control matters.
- Ability to manage a caseload of applications efficiently.
Responsabilidades
- Conduct detailed inspections of building works in progress.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations during various project phases.
- Support and assist the Team Manager as required.
Conhecimentos
Are you an experienced Registered Building Inspector looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Principal RBI to play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of building regulation compliance across a diverse range of projects.
The Role
- Hold at least Class 2A-F competency (Class 3 desirable).
- Provide expert technical advice on all building control matters.
- Carry out detailed inspections of building works in progress.
- Ensure full compliance with Building Regulations at plan check, throughout construction, and at final inspection.
- Manage an appropriate caseload of applications efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments and fellow RBIs, including on council-led schemes.
- Support, assist, and deputise for the Team Manager when required.
- Attend the office at least 2 days per week (or as required).
