Job summary

A leading UK infrastructure contractor is seeking an Estimator to join its growing commercial team, primarily in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have experience in estimating for infrastructure, utilities, or civil engineering projects. In this role, you will prepare accurate cost estimates, support tender submissions, and collaborate with various teams to ensure pricing accuracy. This is a great opportunity for an Estimator with experience in infrastructure, utilities, power or civil engineering who is looking to work on technically challenging projects within a stable, well-resourced business.

The role:

• Preparing accurate cost estimates for infrastructure and utilities projects
• Supporting tender submissions from initial enquiry through to final pricing
• Working closely with commercial, engineering and delivery teams
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and subcontractor quotations

About you:

• Previous estimating experience within civils, utilities, power or infrastructure
• Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills
• Confident working to deadlines in a tender environment
• HV, substation or cabling experience beneficial but not essential
• This is a remote position and open to people UK wide.
