• Excellent background in building maintenance and project management.
• Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Skilled in feasibility, design, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied program of repairs and maintenance.
• Manage projects with a multi-disciplinary team.
• Arranging and managing works for housing stock.

Skills

Good communicator

Understanding of building pathology

Knowledge of procurement legislation

Contract fiscal management

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Full driving licence

Education

Degree in Building Surveying or HNC in a building discipline
