A leading Mechanical and Electrical Design Company based near Cirencester is seeking an experienced Building Services Electrical Estimator. This role involves preparing and submitting project tenders, vetting offers from suppliers, and participating in adjudication meetings. The ideal candidate should possess strong commercial awareness and have proven experience in M&E estimating, with knowledge of commercial office and warehousing projects being advantageous. Qualifications

• Proven experience in M&E estimating roles either with M&E Contractors or divisions within Main Contractors.
• Experience in commercial office and warehousing projects preferred.
• Ability to estimate costs and timescales accurately.

• Timely submission of tenders for projects.
• Preparing tenders for internal adjudications.
• Vetting incoming tenders and ensuring viable offers are included.
• Arranging tender adjudication meetings.
