Responsibilities
- Travel to customer sites for inspections and compliance checks.
- Inspect and clean water storage vessels and conduct chlorinations.
- Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
- Conduct routine monitoring tasks as per HSG 274 Part 2.

- Travel to customer sites, ensuring water systems are safe and compliant across the region.
- Inspect and clean water storage vessels (including leading on tank chlorinations).
- Install and service Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs).
- Conduct routine monitoring tasks in line with HSG 274 Part 2, including flushing water outlets, monitoring temperatures, descaling showerheads, flushing pressure vessels, and sampling for closed water systems.
- Use SimPRO system to manage workload.
- Spot problems and proactively find solutions, applying knowledge of HSE’s ACoP L8 and HSG274 to maintain a professional and compliant operation.
- Full, clean UK driving licence.
- City & Guilds Legionella Awareness Training, equivalent or suitable industry experience.
- Salary between £26,500 and £28,000.
