A leading engineering consultancy in Royal Leamington Spa is seeking a CNC Turning Technician for weekend shifts. The role involves working with high-quality transmission components in motorsport and aerospace, focusing on small batch CNC turning. Salary: £23.29 per hour (inclusive of 30% weekend shift premium). This will increase to 2026 rate for March start date.
The Role
A Friday, Saturday, Sunday shift - 12 hour shifts, commencing March 2026.
This position supports small batch CNC turning work for high-quality transmission components in motorsport and aerospace, working within a small, focused team and supported by offline programming tools.
