Job summary
A leading roadside assistance provider in the UK is seeking a Roadside Technician to deliver expert mechanical roadside repair and diagnostics. You will work from home, providing vital support to members with quick and effective solutions during emergencies. The role requires a customer-focused approach and A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification. Skills
Education
- A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent), with proven technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience

As a Roadside Technician within our Patrol division, you’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK. Whether it’s a flat battery, tyre change, or complex fault‑finding, you’ll provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance when our members need it most. You’ll start and finish your day at home, tackling challenges head‑on and making a real impact on the roadside – combining your technical expertise with outstanding member service. We’ll set you up for success from day one, with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit all provided.
- Strong base pay – £35,000 with realistic OTE of £60,000
