Are you ready to take the lead in autonomously assessing, investigating, diagnosing, treating, and expertly caring for patients at the Urgent Treatment Centre? If yes, join our collaborative UTC team, where you'll actively contribute to meeting patients' diverse needs, championing the seamless delivery of policies and procedures, and providing invaluable nurse leadership when it matters most. As the post holder, you'll engage in comprehensive assessment, treatment, care, and education for patients of all ages, ensuring a high-quality patient‑centred service.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a experience group of practitioners at Teddington Memorial Hospital Urgent Treatment Centre who will help develop and grow this already high performing service.
This post will also offer the exciting opportunity for cross site working with our partner UTC based at Kingston Hospital.

In addition, your sharp expertise will shine as you identify the need for essential diagnostic tests and expertly interpret their results, including laboratory and radiography investigations.
But that's not all! You'll also play a pivotal role in mentoring and supervising trainee UCPs, offering support and dynamic line management when required.
