Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in a school science laboratory would be preferable
• An interest in Biology would be advantageous, although on the job training will be provided
• Competent use of IT systems including MS Outlook and Word
• An interest in supporting technicians in Chemistry is desirable
• Team-player
• Flexibility to provide support to a busy department
• Well organised and able to plan independently
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• This is a permanent full-time, term-time role, working 35 hours per week Monday to Friday (8 am to 4 pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break), starting on Thursday 26th February
• Salary paid will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate
