A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Pathology Support Worker for a permanent role, requiring 37.5 hours per week. The role involves receiving and sorting biological samples, barcode labelling, and data entry into the Pathology laboratory system. Candidates should be motivated and enthusiastic, and while prior experience is beneficial, it is not a prerequisite. University Hospitals of North Midlands is currently unable to provide sponsorship this role. This is in accordance with UKVI guidelines and legislation, as these roles do not meet the skill nor salary threshold for sponsorship. If you hold a graduate visa, you are welcome to apply for this role however it is important to note that UHNM will be unable to offer sponsorship at the end of your graduate visa, you must also have at least six months until your graduate visa expires at the start of your employment for training and operational reasons.

The hours for this vacancy position are 37.5 hours over period of 5 days working 7.5hrs per day Between 9am-5pm / 12 midday - 8pm alternating weeks Monday - Friday including being rota'd Bank Holidays.
We are seeking applications from motivated, enthusiastic individuals to work as part of the Pathology Specimen Reception team. To provide an effective sample sorting, distribution preparation and data entry service to the Pathology Laboratory.
