We are working on this fantastic opportunity with our award-winning client who operates this stunning country Inn with rooms in this lovely village commutable to Harrogate, Leeds & York.

The Chef de Partie position offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to work within one of the region's finest kitchens, utilising the finest products from Yorkshire & beyond to create a menu that is both classically gastro but also offers some modern twists and techniques.

The ideal Chef de Partie will have the following attributes:

• Experience working with fresh food, be it in Restaurant, Hotel or Gastro pub
• Ideally worked in a fresh food led kitchen, although a desire to learn is just as important
• At least 1 year in a similar position, no jumpy chefs here
• Own transport would be ideal due to location
• A desire & attitude to learn every day, soak up the style of service, and high standards of the kitchen, hard work, passion & desire are the attributes my client is looking for
