KC Mechanical is seeking a skilled hot side technician to join our growing team. If you\'ve worked on commercial ovens, stoves, fryers, steamers, and similar equipment and want reliable, local work with a company that values your experience we\'d love to talk.

• Take-home company van no daily shop returns unless you need parts
• Local work all in Vermont, no long-haul travel
• In-house support scheduling, dispatch, parts ordering, warranty handling
• Respect for your trade autonomy, not micromanagement
• Tool support bring the basics, we\'ll help with the rest

• 1-3 years of experience with hot side kitchen equipment or related trades
• Confident with diagnostics, repairs, and clean installations
• Professional, organized, and great with communication
• Comfortable with service notes and basic tech tools (iPads, etc.)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, and pull 50 lbs
• *Commercial kitchen experience is preferred but we\'ll train the right mechanically inclined candidate.*

• Full-time W2 role
