Job Description

As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will work closely with the Hospitality Manager and Deputy Hospitality Manager at one of our iconic venues. You will support the operations team, talented chefs, and sales staff to deliver flawless service and exceptional food and drinks.

The Hospitality Supervisor will build strong client relationships, understand briefs, and execute details with quality and a human touch.

What Will Keep You Busy:

• Monitoring and serving all food and drinks to guests, clearing throughout events.
• Ensuring furniture, tables, and chairs are clean and well-presented.
• Preparing hospitality food and beverage requests in a presentable manner.
• Working independently, taking initiative without supervision.
• Providing high-level customer service efficiently and with a smile.
• Serving alcoholic beverages at licensed bars.
• Using coffee machines.
• Assisting with ordering and deliveries as needed.
• Preparing hospitality items and reporting shortages to your manager.
• Managing linen and equipment for events, ensuring proper packing and collection.
• Leaving hospitality rooms clean and tidy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Supportive team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive and takes initiative.
• Self-motivated and team-oriented.
• Adaptable to different working conditions.
• Positive attitude.
• Problem-solving skills for customer service issues.
