Responsibilities

• Lead a team of x8 Supplier Management Officers.
• Plan and monitor workload within the team.
• Manage a Purchase Ledger function including payment and cheque runs.
• Process ad-hoc payments.
• Monitor supplier accounts.
• Oversee Monthly Aged Creditor and Intercompany reconciliations.
• Work collaboratively with other teams.
• Deal with complex issues and queries.
• Responsible for staff performance reviews and disciplinaries.
