Full time - 37 hours per week

This is an exciting time to become part of the Hundred Houses Society team and contribute to our future improvement plans.

Our mission is to provide good quality homes and services in Greater Cambridge that our customers value and we constantly strive to deliver better customer service. As well as focusing on delivering more new build homes we are continually investing and modernising our customers homes.

We have a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer services experience to take on a wide and varied role delivering high quality and consistent services to our customers and stakeholders. You’ll be part of our Customer Services team and the role will involve supporting our housing and property teams in delivering effective services around income collection, arrears management, empty homes management and allocations.

We welcome applications from candidates who have experience of working within or supporting property maintenance teams to deliver reliable repair services.

The successful candidate will have a vocational qualification at level 3 in Customer Service Housing or Business Administration, or knowledge and experience at an equivalent level in Customer Services in any industry or experience of working within housing organisations.

We’d like to see experience of working to deadlines and planning and organising work effectively including creating and maintaining accurate records, proactively managing feedback, identifying gaps in service delivery and providing administrative support.

Excellent communication and proactive listening skills are essential along with the ability to work effectively with others demonstrating a can‑do attitude.
