A well-established UK practice is seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to lead a team of senior accountants while enhancing internal workflows. In this role, you will manage client portfolios and provide proactive advice on statutory accounts and tax matters. The position offers flexible hybrid working, 25 days of holiday, and opportunities to progress to Director or Partner level within a supportive environment focused on professional development.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a UK firm.
- Proven experience managing senior accountants and reviewing their work.
- Strong experience with statutory accounts and personal tax.

- Manage and review the work of senior accountants to maintain professional standards.
- Take ownership of a portfolio of clients and provide proactive advice.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal processes and workflows.
