By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world‑leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. Joining AJW as a Customer Service Executive, you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.

The shift pattern we have available within the AOG team (AOG is an aviation term for aircraft on the ground, meaning the aircraft is unable to fly), night shift 7:00 pm- 07:00 am supporting our 24/7, 365 days a year cover. You'll be the point of contact for all AOG and priority customer requirements.

What you will be doing

  • Manage customer requirements in an efficient and timely manner
  • Provide quotes to customers, working closely with internal departments
  • Purchase items for customer requirements, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best cost
  • Promote efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journey
  • Conduct market research, ensuring that all costs are competitive

  • Experience in aviation or with aircraft components.
  • Collaboration is at the heart of everything you do, you'll be a key team player working closely with direct colleagues and other departments within the organisation
  • You’ll be attentive to detail, ensuring that our customers receive the right information the first time
  • Self‑motivated and able to work within a fast‑paced environment
  • You’ll enjoy solving problems, sometimes ones that require the input from team members
  • You’ll have gained experience through a customer‑facing role where you’ll have demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Confident communication skills
  • It would be great if you have industry experience as well as having worked on Quantum, although this isn't a necessity
