This role involves managing customer requirements efficiently, providing quotes, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction. By joining AJW Group, you will become part of a world‑leading independent specialist in the supply, exchange, maintenance, repair, and lease of commercial and business aircraft spare parts. Joining AJW as a Customer Service Executive, you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.
The shift pattern we have available within the AOG team (AOG is an aviation term for aircraft on the ground, meaning the aircraft is unable to fly), night shift 7:00 pm- 07:00 am supporting our 24/7, 365 days a year cover. You'll be the point of contact for all AOG and priority customer requirements.
